(No charge for oral medication mixed in food)

Transport house pets to/from vet, groomer, etc. $25 minimum

Holiday Rates
Once per holiday, in addition to regular charges
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day $20
Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day $10
(A nonrefundable holiday deposit of $25 or 25% of total charges, whichever is greater, is required for reservations including the holidays listed above.)
Farm Care
All visits including farm-animal care, such as feeding, watering, cleaning stalls or pens, etc., for equines,
goats, poultry, and other farm animals
Up to 30-minute visit $33
45-minute visit $38
60-minute visit $43
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due on the first day of service.
Monthly, ongoing services, such as daily dog walks, will be billed on a monthly basis after credit has been established.
A late fee of $5 or 1% of the balance owing, whichever is greater, may be assessed to past-due invoices.
Any fees incurred for payments which are voided/returned due to insufficient funds will be charged for reimbursement.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
No cash refunds will be given for deposits, services, or visits paid for and canceled; however, credit in the form of future
care may be offered. If you cancel service after we have arrived on your premises for the visit, there is a minimum
$28 cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee if notice is given 24 hours prior to reserved service or upon
shorter notice when approved by Nancy B. Argelan.
